We are excited to announce that travel claims experts and Rightpath Insurance Solutions brand, Rightpath Claims, have been announced as finalists in this year's Insurance Post Claims and Fraud Awards, in the Technology Partner of the Year category.

This brings the total number of awards Rightpath Claims has been named as finalists for to 7 in 2021, alone.

Rather than taking an ‘off the peg’ approach, the new claims platform, designed with best-in-class customer experience in mind, can be tailored to suit individual insurers as part of their claims management service.

Structured Document Upload
A common detrimental factor to the customer experience is the supply of incomplete or incorrect evidence by the claimant, often the result of ‘blanket’ evidence requests. This causes confusion/frustration for the claimant, and increased claims handler touchpoints, lengthening the claims lifecycle.

Structured Document Upload, a unique aspect of Rightpath's new platform, addresses this. It ensures that only information and evidence that relates specifically to the claim being entered is requested, in real-time, as the claim is being entered by the claimant, even for complex travel claims.

Furthermore, the platform also provides a visual indicator for each piece of evidence uploaded, such as if it has been accepted, and if not, what steps the claimant needs to take.

For claim status transparency, claimants can also return to the platform's online claims portal at any stage to see the status of the claim based on the information they have submitted.
